We value long-term relationships with our families and students, and that's why we utilize a continuous enrollment process. You can be assured that your child’s seat is secure. Each year through high school graduation, your child will be considered enrolled at Columbia unless otherwise notified by the parent/guardian of a change. We've got you!
February is re-enrollment month, and that's when enrollment fees are processed for the upcoming school year. Payment of the enrollment fee ensures that each returning student has a reserved spot in his/her class for the fall – before we open seats to new students. If your family will be moving out of the area, or your educational plans will no longer include Columbia Christian, that change should be communicated to our Admissions Office. To opt-out of your continuous enrollment contract, a “Non-Returning Student Form” must be completed. If returned after the opt-out deadline, a $300 contract termination fee may apply.
The annual enrollment fee ensures a reserved spot for the student in his/her class. It includes field trips, student ID card, admission to athletic events on campus, school-sponsored student events, and a school yearbook (for 6th-12th grade students).
Christian education is an investment. If tuition affordability is a concern for a family, they have the option to apply for financial assistance. Columbia considers it a ministry to offer support to parents who are pursuing a faith-based education for their child, but who may currently lack the resources to pay the full rate.
Funds are limited. Applications are reviewed and awarded in the order they are received. Priority deadline is May 1.
A maximum of 40% can be awarded toward the tuition of a qualifying student.
Process to apply:
- STEP 1: Use this link to complete your application through our partner website, FACTS Management: click here (includes $45 processing fee paid online)
- STEP 2: upload your most recent Federal tax forms to FACTS (including all supplemental pages)
- STEP 3: once your tax documents are received, FACTS will take about 2 weeks to verify your financial information
- STEP 4: FACTS will send the results of your application to the school. The school will contact you to let you know the decision about financial aid for your family
We're sorry to see you go! If you need to withdraw your child prior to the end of the school year, you must complete a withdrawal form and submit it to the Admissions Office: admissions@columbiachristian.com.
Columbia calculates tuition for a student leaving during the school year through the end of the semester in which the student submits a completed withdrawal form.
