Chapel: ACROSS GRADE LEVELS
Chapel is a vital part of the student experience at Columbia Christian School, providing a dedicated time for worship, reflection, and spiritual growth. Through engaging messages, prayer, and worship, students are encouraged to deepen their relationship with Christ and apply biblical truths to their daily lives. Chapel also fosters a sense of unity across grade levels, reminding students that faith is at the center of our school community.
ELEMENTARY CHAPEL
Learning God's word and praising Him is a JOY! Elementary students from Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grade gather each week to reinforce Bible lessons taught in the classroom and to celebrate in worship of God. Annual and monthly themes focus on character traits from scripture. Specific students are recognized at the monthly “Honor Chapel” and invited to help as leaders.
MIDDLE SCHOOL CHAPEL
Middle School students (7th and 8th grade classes) meet together weekly for chapel. They focus on Biblical character traits and growing in personal faith. Annual themes connect scripture to real-life experiences.
HIGH SCHOOL CHAPEL
Weekly high school chapel at Columbia plays a meaningful role in guiding students through a critical season of spiritual growth. It offers a space for students to consider real-world issues through a biblical lens, engage in thoughtful worship, and hear messages that challenge and encourage them in their faith.
