Half-Day Pre-KINDERGARTEN
Columbia Christian's Pre-K program is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment that allows children to gain an appreciation of their world and others around them through guided discovery as well as large- and small-group interactions. These experiences provide developmentally-appropriate activities where the child is an active participant in the learning process. We believe that young children learn best through intentional hands-on interactions and that students gain valuable skills through meaningful play. Our child-centered program encourages curiosity, discovery, and problem-solving.
Our half-day Pre-K program provides an encouraging learning environment for 3-to 5-year olds. Children must be at least 36 months of age and fully potty-trained to enter our program.
The class meets on weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 8:30am to 12:00pm. The school year typically runs from early September through the middle of June.
