REGISTRATION Fees

FEES Fees are Non-Refundable and required of each student.

Fees: Jr. K – 6 thGrades 7-12 th Grades
before July 1 $330.00 $430.00
after July 1 $360.00 $460.00

Covers most Field Trips, School Supplies (PK-6 th Grade), Activity Card, Textbooks, Equipment, Student Directory, Locks, Yearbook (7-12 grades), ASB Dues, Science Supplies, Most Art Supplies, Music Supplies and Registration Costs. The registration fee is non-refundable.

Current students:

May secure a place for next year by paying $100.00 before April 1 st; $100.00 Payment before May 1 st;and the remainder before July 1 st. Placement will not be secured if any payment is missed. To register for the next year, this year’s tuition payments must be current. All registration forms must be completed. Financial aid must be applied for and approved before registration. Financial aid will not be granted after registration is completed.

New students:

May register anytime by completing the admission procedure and being accepted. If registering for that year, they may begin school immediately when the full registration fee is paid. If registering for the following year in a grade where there is space, they may pay the full registration fee and be assured of space in that class. If registering for the following year in a grade where there is no space available, they may pay $100.00 and be placed on the waiting list and notified when space becomes available. Financial aid must be applied for and approved before registration. Financial aid will not be granted after registration is completed. Testing fees for new students are $35.00 and are due at the time of testing.

ADDITIONAL FEES

  1. Caring Christian Hours:
    • Each family is expected to donate 24 service hours to the school that is due the end of the school year or pay $10 per hour not served. (12 service hours for single parent families)
  2. FACTS Tuition:
    • The $41 fee is included in the tuition costs for each family. All students must be set up on the tuition plan if tuition is not paid in full by September 1 st. Payments are by automatic deduction.
  3. Sports Fees:
    • $85.00 fee per person, per sport for grades 7 – 12.
    • $75.00 fee per person, per sport for grades 5 – 6.
  4. Outdoor School Fee – Grade 6 (Camp Yamhill/Yamhill, OR)
    • $123.00 per student. Payment in full by September 1 st or in monthly payments. Fees include food, lodging, curriculum, instruction & transportation. Date for 2008-2009 – October 7-10
  5. Special Foreign Student Fee in addition to regular tuition fee as listed below
    • $3000.00 per student. Tuition payments and Foreign Student Fee to be paid in full at time of registration.
    • $60 0.00 – Initial I-20 fee and $300 yearly maintenance fee. All fees paid in full at registration.

The oldest child will be considered the “First” student and next oldest “Second” etc. Payments begin July 5 th or 20th for those choosing the 12 equal payment plan and September 5 thor 20th for those desiring to pay in 10 months.
