Columbia Christian Schools is involved with a variety of programs that help raise money to benefit our students:
Labels and Box Tops for Education
With the “Cash for Trash” program, we submit approved labels and box tops from participating products in exchange for points that can be used to purchase supplies for Columbia Christian Schools as well as cash contributions. Clippings should be collected in plastic baggies or envelopes labeled with the student’s name and grade and deposited in the collection bin in the main school hallway. There are contests with prizes for those students who turn in qualifying clippings. More details are available at Labels for Education and Box Tops for Education.
In the 2012-2013 school year, around $800 was earned from Box Tops and a variety of playground toys and sports equipment were purchased using points from Labels.

Scrip and eScrip
Through the Scrip program, supporters can purchase regular pre-paid gift cards and paper gift certificates for a variety of specific stores, restaurants, or services at a profit to Columbia Christian Schools. Scrip is a dollar for dollar exchange that doesn’t cost anything extra for supporters and CCS receives a percentage of each purchase. Anyone is welcome to participate in Scrip by completing an order form and returning it with payment to the school office. Orders are placed a couple times a month - check with the office for the schedule.
Through eScrip, participating business partners contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to Columbia Christian Schools. Here’s how it works: (1) Register any one or all of your existing grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards for use in the program. (2) Participating merchants will make contributions to CCS, based on purchases made by you, just by using the cards you have registered. (3) Your purchases are tracked and available to you online, allowing you to see just how much you are earning for the school! It’s easy to enroll now!
More than $2,050 was earned for CCS from the Scrip and eScrip programs in the 2012-2013 school year.

Target "Take Charge of Education"
Target donates a percentage of Red Card purchases in-store and online with to designated schools. Please view their website for more information and to enroll. CCS received over $400 from this program for the 2012-2013 school year and we could get much more with your participation!

We welcome your involvement in these programs to benefit Christian Education at CCS! Please contact the school office with any questions: ccs@columbiachristian.com or 503-252-8577.
