Volleyball District Champions!
Congratulations to the CCS volleyball team on their recent Valley 10 District Championship! The girls won the District Tournament knocking off City and SW. Joanna Reynolds and Carley Deyoe were named to the All-District team and Lindsay Tester was the District MVP.
To add to the successes, the team was also awarded the following honors for the season.
All-League honors: First Team - Lindsay Tester and Joanna Reynolds
Second Team - Carley Deyoe
Honorable Mention - Rachel Jones
Coach of the Year- Jackie Arnold
Be sure to come and support the girls as they compete in State, beginning this weekend. The team plays its first game at home this Saturday, November 7, 5 PM, and if they win Saturday will compete at Pacific University with the final eight teams on Friday/Saturday, November 13/14, times TBA.
